Software Support

Effective November 15, 2009, CKC Laboratories has suspended sales of our EMC measurement control software, EMITest™. Changes in our business model, ones that placed a stronger focus on our core business of testing, caused us to look closely at the sales and support of EMITest™ software. In doing so, it was evident that we could no longer provide the necessary high level of service to EMITest™ customers who have purchased annual software support contracts and to those who are considering the purchase of EMITest™ software.

Moving forward, existing quotations for EMITest™ software will be honored for exactly 90 days from the time they were issued. The software must be purchased on or before the 90th day of the quote being issued. Of course, all existing support contracts will be honored until they expire. CKC will continue to provide hourly support on a per hour, scheduled basis. Please see the Support Information page for more details or go to the Support Request page to request software support.
